How to create a strong password

A password is the key to your own front door online. A strong one is easier than you think.

2. Longer is stronger. Add a number if a website insists.
3. Give your email and your bank their own passwords — those two matter most.
4. It is perfectly sensible to write passwords in a notebook kept safe at home.
5. Never share a password with anyone who phones, texts, or emails you — no genuine company ever asks.
